We shall now look at the preparation plan for IBPS PO exam.
It is very important to follow the exam pattern and
the syllabus for setting a rigid preparation plan. Prioritise more on the
difficult subjects and assign extra time so that you don’t miss out any
important topic. Solve as many practice tests as you can. It will help you
build your speed for calculation.
Find practice tests with answer keys to analyse the
weak areas and work more on those areas for improvement. It is ideal to
practice the previous years’ questions papers to get a hint about the type of
questions expected. You could find more challenging questions online too. Try
to solve them as well.
Time management and accuracy should be well-balanced.
Accuracy also plays an important role as there is a negative marking of 0.25
marks for the wrong answers given.
Get the top books to practice IBPS PO Mock test series. You could also solve online mock tests to get more
challenging and variety of questions. It will surely help you in solving any
type of questions during the exam.
It is important that you solve as many mock tests as possible but there should
be adequate time allotted for the revision to be done. Revision includes
memorising the tables, formulas and other important points useful for the exam.
Do not extend solving mock tests
till the last minute. It leads to loss of time for recalling the important
points and other revisions to complete.
